Richard Swerdlow

Richard Swerdlow is a member of the New York and Florida bar associations and a licensed real estate broker. Swerdlow began his career practicing law in the Public Finance Department of Greenberg Traurig, Miami, Florida where he helped structure bond financings for a variety of municipal and private clients as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel.
Swerdlow left law to become an entrepreneur and co-founded Everything Wireless, the first consumer cataloger and Internet retailer which provided national distribution of wireless phones and accessories. He helped grow the Company to over 100 employees and $50M+ in revenue before it was sold to a division of Federated Stores in 2000.
Swerdlow then founded eReal Estate Holdings, where he developed Condo.com, Condos.com, Houses.com and Property.com into national online real estate marketplaces in the condo, single-family and commercial property verticals. He is also the managing partner of BulkCondos.com, a global marketplace for developers, financial institutions and other sellers to confidentially post bulk condo portfolios to a global audience of institutional and private investors.
Swerdlow most recently joined Swerdlow Group to manage company operations, support business development initiatives, provide internal counsel to the business and manage a team of outside legal professionals across real estate, zoning, financing, taxation and other matters. The Company has a significant pipeline of affordable housing, retail and industrial projects in various stages of development. Swerdlow has been interviewed and quoted as an expert in real estate and Internet marketing in various publications and media outlets including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Miami Herald, The Real Deal and affiliates of NBC and ABC. He has appeared as a guest on CBNC and Fox & Friends.
