The Little River development will include approximately 7,500 residential units, with a mix of affordable, workforce and market-rate housing. The development will also have 602,562 square feet of retail space, and 205,076 square feet of outdoor green space open to the public. A Tri-Rail station will be built by Swerdlow, in order to save on parking spaces and to help unclog the roads.
Fairfax County, VA - 2,000,000 sqft.
The Worldgate Master Plan entailed development of 2,000,000 sqft. along Dulles Access Road, Fairfax County, VA.
Loudoun County, VA - 6,000,000 sqft.
This mixed-use Master Plan in Loudoun County, VA included extensive infrastructure improvements to a 6,000,000 sqft. property. GW School of Engineering was moved to Bles Farm, including a variety of high-tech features and uses.
Aventura, FL - 190 acres - 5,000 condo units
Biscayne Landing is a $1 billion mixed-used residential community that was being developed in a joint venture with The LeFrak Organization. The project is one of the most significant urban redevelopment projects in South Florida’s history. Situated on 190 acres in the heart of North Miami, Biscayne Landing is master planned around a town center and consists of approximately 5,000 condominium apartments.
