Nicholas Swerdlow

Nicholas Swerdlow serves as Vice President at Swerdlow Group. He is responsible for monitoring the progress of all projects and overseeing the coordination of development activities including zoning and permitting, financing, leasing, and construction.

Nicholas most recently oversaw development of the 1.4 million square foot Sawyer's Walk / Block 55 project fronting on I-95 in Downtown Miami. The mixed-use project is a catalyst for development of the Overtown district of Miami and brings a unique mix of affordable and workforce housing, Class-A retail tenants including Target, Ross and Burlington and a 100,000 square foot shipping and logistics office tenant.
