Westfork Plaza is a 398,000-square-foot community retail center servicing one of the fastest-growing residential community areas in South Florida. The well-established and rapidly growing city of Pembroke Pines afforded retailers a market that had previously been under-retailed.
The center is located at the intersection of Pines Boulevard and Dykes Road, one-half mile from I-75. Contiguous to the site on Pines Boulevard are five outparcels that were sold to national retailers.
