Project Details
Hollywood Mall was a partially enclosed mall with a free-standing convenience-oriented strip on an adjacent property. Originally built in 1965, it was the areas first enclosed mall. Swerdlow Group re-developed the mall and designed it for a 117,000-square-foot Target store, the first in South Broward County, a 42,000-square-foot Publix Supermarket, as well as two additional junior anchors. The reconfiguration plan demolished the enclosed portion of the center and replaced it with in-line exterior retail space.
