each property with high quality and credit-worthy tenants.

The Leasing and Marketing Department has the flexibility
to structure deals with ingenuity and imagination to suit
each tenant’s needs. By working closely with outside brokers
and other departments within the Company, the Leasing and
Marketing staff establishes leasing goals for new properties
as part of the initial project design and continually refines
the process during the development phase.
In June, 2005, members of Swerdlow Group founded Condo.com, an online real estate marketing and sales portal dedicated to the evolution and prosperity of the condominium real estate market. In order to service the growing number of leads it receives, the Company is rapidly growing a nationwide brokerage operation with real estate brokerage licenses in 30 States and a network of 100’s of licensed real estate agents.
