The Leasing and Marketing Department is charged with the important task of increasing and maintaining the occupancy levels in each property with high quality and credit-worthy tenants. Leasing success depends on the quality of Swerdlow Group's developments and on the ability to market each project with planned advertising, promotions and public relations. Swerdlow Group markets to both the end-user tenant and the real estate brokerage community.

The Leasing and Marketing Department has the flexibility to structure deals with ingenuity and imagination to suit each tenant’s needs. By working closely with outside brokers and other departments within the Company, the Leasing and Marketing staff establishes leasing goals for new properties as part of the initial project design and continually refines the process during the development phase.

Condo.com

In June, 2005, members of Swerdlow Group founded Condo.com, an online real estate marketing and sales portal dedicated to the evolution and prosperity of the condominium real estate market. Condo.com has quickly grown into the world’s largest condo marketplace with over 1 million monthly visitors and has greatly improved and simplified the way people buy, rent, sell, manage, market and enjoy condos.

Condo.com lists condominiums for sale and for rent in the United States and 70+ countries around the world. The Company cost-effectively delivers exposure and qualified leads to developers, financial institutions, brokers and owners through the seamless distribution of its listings to a global network of real estate websites visited by over 15 million viewers per month. Condo.com provides buyers, renters and investors with the ability to search inventory of over 800,000 listings valued at over $250 billion.  In order to service the growing number of leads it receives, the Company is rapidly growing a nationwide brokerage operation with real estate brokerage licenses in 30 States and a network of 100’s of licensed real estate agents.
