Projects include The Dolphin Mall, a 1.4 million square-foot outlet mall in Miami, Dolphin Commerce Center, a planned three-million square foot Corporate Park in Miami and Las Olas Riverfront, a retail entertainment venue along Ft. Lauderdale's waterfront. In addition, Swerdlow Group developed, leased and sold a $300 million retail portfolio totaling over 2 million square feet of fully-leased shopping centers in strategic locations throughout the country.
